As a member of RugMark, Company C can assure buyers that it's handmade rugs are created without the use of child labor. RugMark is an international nonprofit organization working to end exploitative child labor in the rug industry. A percentage of every RugMark-certified rug sale is given to RugMark to support its education goals. To date, more than 3,500 children have been freed from the looms and many more have been enrolled in one of 13 RugMark-sponsored schools.
